Lovie Thomas
Born May 10, 1936 in Caruthersville Missouri and went home to be with the lord October 29, 2025.
Preceded in death by Parents Henry Burrell and Hazel Burrell also one grandson Mario Cosey.
Survived by son Ben (Judy) Thomas Jr and daughter Aprill Goodlow of Conyers, Georgia, grand children Michael Thomas, Ian Goodlow, Mariah Stockard, Moses Stockard, step grandchildren Ricky Littlejohn and Jasper Littlejohn. Also 4 great grandchildren Joelle Thomas, Ashley Reid, Brandon Reid and Alaia Stockard.
Lovie worked various assembly line jobs while raising her children. She had an Associate degeee from Spring Arbor University in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Blueprint reading. Retiring from Aeroquip in Spring Arbor in 2005. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, reading and doing word search puzzles.
Sincere thank you to the staff and care partners at Jackson County Medical Care Facility where she was well cared for and resided over her last 10 years.
