after meeting Pastor Hampton in 2008, and after meeting him again with Sister Margaret in 2015, I adopted them as another mother and father. Now here in 2020, I'm reminded : weep with those who weep, Regina; so that's what I've been doing especially since my pa died in March of this year- plus comforting those with the comfort did I have been comforted by God; and it is such a blessing to my soul. Remember as a child he and my former Pastor Elder Carl Kenerly rejoicing together at the Christmas meetings.
Pastor Hampton was one of the greatest men that I've ever met. Having known him my entire life, he was always consistent in everything he did. My little daughter became gravely ill last year and Pastor Hampton was right there with us. Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are for the burden that he took concerning our situation. Thank God for his life and the example that he left for all of us to follow.
Met him only once in person but met him many times through his children I taught at Tomlinson School. They were wonderful kids, obviously brought up in a wonderful environment by wonderful parents.My sympathies for the family's great loss.
May GOD'S love, peace, joy, and strength keep you during this time. Pastor Hampton legacy will never grow old.

My thoughts & prayers are with all of Pastor Hamptons family. I feel honored that I was one of many to have met Pastor Hampton and his family. He will be greatly missed.
