Willie T Williams' Obituary
Willie (Bill) Thomas Williams, Sr. was born on May 6, 1944, in Joiner, Arkansas to Mozella Harris and James Oliver Williams. He departed this earth on September 20, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and sisters: Betty Faulton, Annie Nell Keys, Diane Williams, Deanne Williams, Marie Williams, Ella Mae Hill and Cathy Williams, brothers; Andrew Williams, Jesse Williams, James Wesley Williams, Louis David Williams, John Rayford, and Baby Joe Louis Williams.
Bill graduated from Parkside and went on to serve in the Army as a Teletype Communicator for the next two years, before beginning his career in construction for the next 30 years. Bill truly enjoyed going fishing, watching sports events on tv, gossip, and playing “his numbers”. Bill wants to be remembered as a loving husband, father, family man and friend.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife; Anna Brooks-Williams, surviving sister; Annie Mcguire, stepsisters; Levetty Branch, Lulu Ellison, Lovey Menzies, and Shelley Grissom, stepbrother; Andy Brown, seven children; Willie (Constance) Hill, Pattie Williams, Rosalind Williams, Anthony Williams, Lorraine Hall, Richard (Debbie) Williams, and Phyllis M Williams, Jr., stepchildren; Leonard Brooks, Sr. and Cheryl (Jonathan) Graham, 30 grandchildren and 64 great grandchildren; in addition to a host of nieces and nephews.
