Tony Lynn McDonald's Obituary
Tony Lynn McDonald was born in Chicago May 14, 1957 to the union of Bobbie and Hattie McDonald, both whom precedes him in death.
Tony accepted Christ at an early age. He attended both grade and high school in Chicago, Illinois. Tony served his country in the United States Army and also found pleasure in singing all over the Chicagoland with his group formerly known as ‘The Symphonics’.
In 1999 Tony relocated to Jackson, Michigan where he held jobs in the hospitality field, giving several years of service to the former Foote Memorial Hospital. He was known for his kind heart and volunteering at local shelters and churches.
Tony is survived by three children; Antonio, Brandon, and Antoine McDonald, two brothers; Gregory and Sean McDonald, one lovely sister; Barbara McDonald, many grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and an abundant number of friends.
Tony McDonald has made his mark here on earth, and will be missed, yet continually loved by many. He blessed us with his favorite quote “If you can huh, you can hear”. We are assured that he is resting in Heaven with his brother Terence ‘Woof-Woof’ McDonald, who also preceded him in death, 9 months prior.
“If you can huh, you can hear”.
