My family was introduced to Sis. Humphrey through Mrs. Josephine Gholston over 30 years ago; They were the closest of friends.
Every time that we saw Sis. Humphrey, she had a smile on her face and was always uplifting.

Sister Humphrey, Hump is what I called you. Words cannot express the love I had for you. You were apart of our family (The Gholston's) and we will never forget you. I have peace in my heart because you are with your children. You were not just a good friend to my mother but more like a sister. Alot of people don't know that many of days I stayed with you to finish catholic school on the Eastside because we moved to the westside. You use to make me rice Krispy treats and we ate alot of boiled eggs and drunk alot of tea lol. Please hug and kiss Paulette, my dad and William for me and rest easy.
