Tay’Veon Donell Williams (Tay) was born in JacksonMichigan on August 8, 1997 to La’Tash Estes and Donald Williams. He wascalled home on October 27, 2019. Tay’veon graduated from Jackson High School in 2015 where he was aStand-out basketball player, that many affectionately referred to him as“Tay Curry”. Tay’s first love was being with his family and friends, wherehis bright smile and silly personality brought joy and laughter to everyonewhenever he entered a room. Along with his love of family and friends,Tay’s second love was playing basketball, video games and his large shoecollection. Tay could always be found with teammates playing in manybasketball leagues throughout his life, most recently playing with “Ball inthe Fall Men’s night league”. Tay’veon was a well-rounded, happy and respectful young man, that manywould agree, “To know him was to love him”.Tay’veon was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Leatrice Rice, JohnnyOliver and great-grandmother Floyde Wilford. He is survived by his beloved parents; La’Tash Estes and Donald (Lakeisha)Williams; three brothers, Donald Williams II, Tra’shon Estes both of JacksonMichigan, and Brandon Williams of Lansing Michigan, four sisters; TaSharaEstes, Donniysha Mckinney, Donaisha Smith all of Jackson Michigan,and Aniyah Williams, and one stepsister; Amariana Buchanan both ofLansing Michigan, grandparents; Clifford Rice, Vance Hamilton both ofJackson Michigan, Stanley (Ann) Williams of Illinois, nieces and nephews;Cashmere, Amya, Trevor Jr, Oliva, Gianna and Jae’Lynn, a special aunt;Shamone Estes, and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
