Tae'Sean D. Bartkowiak was born May 4, 2008 in Jackson Michigan to the parents of Shellby Bartkowiak and Kelvin Meeks Jr. Tae went home to be with the Lord on June 27, 2025 surrounded by his family and friends.
He attended Northwest High School and loved playing football and basketball and played on the team for both of them. He worked at McDonald's to help care for his son whom he cherished and loved dearly. He loved spending time with his family and playing basketball with his brothers daily. He was always ready to make someone laugh with a smile that made you smile back. You was loyal to all that you were around and made sure they knew it. He touched many and the light that he had will live on.
He is preceded in death by his cousin Lataveon Cosey, grandfather Kelvin Meeks Sr., (2) Great-Grandmothers Sandra Mead and Marlena Bartkowiak
