Ricky David Paschall's Obituary
Ricky Davis Paschall was born on August 28, 1949, in Jackson, Michigan, to Fred and Mannie Paschall, who both preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by Paula McKaney.
Ricky attended Jackson Public Schools and graduated in 1967 from Parkside High School. He later began his career with General Motors, where he faithfully worked for 30 years before retiring.
Ricky waited patiently for his ship on the banks of the Jordan until it arrived, and he boarded that ship on February 23, 2026.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Lafayette; his two angels, his sons, Roman and Ricky; his devoted first cousin, Rasad Ali, who remained by his side rain or shine; his cherished nephew, Amari Ward; his special niece, Vickie Thompkin; his sister, Shelly (Cornell) Berry of Saginaw, Michigan; and Carla Cheeks.
The family extends special appreciation to his dear friend, Walter Issac, and especially to Joyellette Issac for her unwavering support and assistance. Sincere thanks are also extended to his sister, Surrena Strudwick; Cindy and Doug Hall; Amy and Pat Dillon; the Hardman family; and his barber, Basil Hampton, for their kindness and support.
Ricky will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
