Pearlie Moore's Obituary
On May 24, 1957, Pearlie Moore, a bundle of joy came into this world to William C, Sr and Willie Mae Moore. On October 27, 2025, he departed this world to be with his parents, William C and Willie Mae, his sister Kay and son Mario.
Pearlie grew up here in Jackson and graduating from Parkside High School. His life was here except for when he joined the Marines and moved to California for a year or two. He worked and retired from the JATA. Towards the end of his career, he went through a bout of cancer. But he maintained his joy for life.
Pearlie had many loves in his life; the skating trio (2 brothers and 1 sister), baking his sweet potato pies, deep fried turkeys, and BBQ ribs. Racing and rebuilding his RC cars, his wood working, mirrors, deck, fence, and tile designs. Landscaping and so much more he always loved to help people.
Pearlie leaves to honor and cherish his memories, his beautiful daughters, Stacie Cotton of Atlanta, Georgia and Nikita Williams of Jackson, Michigan. His handsome sons, Mandell Hunt and James McCloyn of Jackson, Michigan. Grandchildren; Lexington, Teylen, Jemeale, Gary, Malana, Amari, Lade, Dimitri, and Jayqwan Dominiuque. Brothers, William, Darnell and Melvin, Sisters, Cathy, Jean, Letha and Denedra, adopted sisters, Aaliyah and Markeesha. Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews and a host of cousins. There were so many close friends and acquaintances he was loved by all.
Pearlie did not like nor attended funerals therefore there will be no service for him.
