I would like to express my sincere condolences to the Hall Family. Oscar was such a very nice person and whenever I would see him, he always had a smile on his face. I pray that God will comfort the family during this time of sorrow.

Hi my name is John Perez,Oscar and I went to the same schools back in 50s until I enlisted in the Army in 1956. Oscar was a great student and an a great person who very humble to all his friends and people he met and was super nice. He ran track and we also played baseball and softball together. We met by chance at gasoline station a couple years go,and it nice talking to him again. I will miss him,I wish I had seen him more,he was a good friend.
