Nancy Rita Swank's Obituary
Nancy Rita Swank, born Nancy Rita Ann Cannons to Rita and Kenneth Cannons on November 3, 1955 in Jackson, Michigan, departed this life on November 10, 2021.
Nancy graduated from East Jackson High School, class of 1973. She worked the majority of her career at Community Action Agency as a Head Start Teacher’s Assistant until health issues prevented her from working. In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed bowling, bingo and euchre. She also enjoyed time with her grandchildren, especially coloring with them.
She is survived by her three sons; Jason (Casey) Cannons and children; Bryanna and Zachary, Joseph (Gabriella) Cannons and daughter; Abigail, and James (Jennifer) Swank, Jr. and children; Briana, Nicole, Marissa, Olivia, Sophie and Brianna. She is also survived by her siblings; Marianne (Jim) Huttenlocker, Ken (Mary) Cannons, Jr., Michael Cannons, and Patrick (Deb) Cannons.
Nancy was an amazing person and touched the lives of anybody she came in contact with. She will be greatly missed by many, especially her family.
