Matthew Jack Hinckely's Obituary
Matthew Jack Hinckley, 41, passed away suddenly on Nov 11th at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson, MI after a never-ending battle with his blood pressure.
Matt was born on August 15, 1983 as the first-born son to Matt & Tonya Hinckley. Matt is survived by his parents, Matt & Tonya (Allen) Hinckley. Both of Spring Arbor. His fiancé, Shayna Darnell, their son, Brandt Hinckley, Cory Gibbs. His two daughters, Elyse & Juliet Hinckley of Brooklyn, MI. His brothers, Michael (Josh) Hinckley, of Spring Arbor, MI. Micky & Nicole (Oster) Hinckley of Spring Arbor, MI. Nephews Tryston, Kaleb, Keighan Hinckley. Many uncles, aunts, cousins; many close friends including Doug Davis, his mother Tammy, Devin Winn and Jamie Sharples.
Matt graduated from Western schools in 2002. After earning many credits in a very short time, Matt went on to study heavy machinery. Soon after, he discovered his true talent for bull-riding where he travelled and earned many awards and trophies. Matt was an avid fisherman and loved getting dirty at the mud bogs. His passion was his children. He loved to teach his girls to rope, fish and how to just be cow-girls. He also loved being blessed with a son that looked just like him. Matt devoted night and day to making sure his son was thriving in his development and ensuring he had abundant playtime. He loved his kids more than anything.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday November 30th , 2pm to 5 pm. At the Parma Outdoor Club 10110 Maines rd. Pama MI. In lieu of flowers the family will accept donations for Matt’s son Brandt’s future.
