Kerry Rounds' Obituary
Kerry Rounds was born March 22, 1971 to Grace Carr Rounds and Leonard G. Rounds. He was baptized under Rev. Proche’ of Tree of Life Baptist Church. He will forever be remembered by a devoted significant other Angela Taylor and their daughter Shantinique Taylor. His memories will also be left with his daughters Shainice Pressley, Daja Pressley, Carrie Pressley, Kila Pressley, Kendra Pressley all of Eastpointe Michigan and two granddaughters. His siblings: Kathleen R. Kinney (Rev. Kinney) of St. Clair Shores Michigan, Darlene R. Thomas (Dea. Curtis) of Texas, Reggie Paul Rounds (Eva) of Detroit, Gerry Rounds (twin to Kerry) of Ohio. His other siblings: Stacey Rounds, Tabitha Rounds, Bryan Rounds, Gregory Rounds, and Marlin and Marion Rounds (twins) of Thibodeaux Louisiana. Kerry graduated from Denby High School. He was employed at Detroit Arsenal and Selfridge Air National Guard as a cook. Until his health failed. Kerry enjoyed spending time with his daughters and his family he also enjoyed fishing, bowling, family dinners, break-dancing, going to the gun range and traveling. Kerry is preceded in death by his mother Grace Carr Rounds, brother Troy Rounds, step mother Gladys Linder, grandmother Menola Robinson and Mable R. Washington. He leaves behind several nieces, nephews and a host of many other relatives and friends. Which also includes a close relationship with the Taylor families.
