To The Family and Friends of Ms. Josephine Thornton, sending sincere sympathy to all who knew and loved her. I met Ms. Jo in April 2009, a new employee at Foote Hospital working in the dietary department. She was such a very kind and soft spoken lady. I found much pleasure in our conversations which included an invitation to visit Second Baptist Church. She was loved in the dietary department and was an excellent cook. We were sad when she retired and sadness has come again as the news of her passing spread through out the department. She loved the Lord and now she is resting comfortably in His arms. The pain of losing someone special seems to never cease, but with the help of GOD and praying everyday it will get better. I'm speaking from experience, it won't go away but you'll be able think of those precious memories and a smile will make you feel better. As long as you have memories she will forever be with you all. GOD's blessings to each of you.
