Ms. Jessica Lynn Holmes was born on December 3, 1993 in Jackson, Michigan to Arlene Holmes and Doris Adams. She passed away unexpectedly on January 17, 2018.
Jessica was a loving, caring and dedicated mother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend. She was a strong, driven person that truly loved life!
A close friend to many people, she could have a whole room filled with laughter. Jessica was a fun, loyal person and if you needed her, she was there.
Jessica was full of determination; it didn’t matter what was weighing on her life, she still kept that loving smile that could light up a dark room, no matter what.
Music was her outlet, Jessica loved to dance! She also loved to cook, and dedicated most of her time to her children. Jessica will be truly missed by all.
Jessica was preceded in death by her father; Doris Adams, grandmother; Iola BoBo, grandfather; Walter Bolton, one brother; Ian Adams, a nephew; Anthony Stephens, and a host of uncles and aunts. May they all rest in peace.
She leaves to cherish her memory her two children; Kayden Jaylee Pirtle and Kaylynn Marie Pirtle, her mother; Arlene Holmes, three sisters; Tamika (Jacob) Anderson, Carma Stephens, and Mary (Sam) Jones, five brothers; Deontae Holmes, Antwan Holmes, Juan Adams, Marty Adams, and Victor Adams, aunts; Barbara (Earnese) Crater, Earles (Salathial) Knott, uncles; Anthoney Love and Bengie, a special niece; Sarinity Anderson, special cousins; Janiece and Joyce Thompson, special god-mom; Joyce Johnson, special god-sister; Terrica Sanders, and a host of cousins and friends.Now, as Jessica would always say, “Let’s Turn Up Then”!!
