Faye Joyce Mallory's Obituary
Faye Joyce Mallory was born to Arpentrice and Garfield Wills of Clarksville, Tennessee on December 24, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan. She was the youngest of four children; Anna Wallace, LaVerne Smith (Rohelia), Garfield Wills, Jr. (deceased), and Robert Wills (deceased). Faye received her formal education through the Detroit Public School System, where she would later be employed for years and eventually retires in 2012. At the young age of 11, Faye was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness and spent her life serving Jehovah God. On June 1, 1966, Faye married Stanford B. Mallory. From this union, two daughters were born; the eldest daughter, Yvette Mallory and younger daughter, Nicole Mallory. Faye always loved children and spent much of her life caring for and raising them. As a result of her love for children, Faye operated a licensed daycare facility within her home during the 90s, where she spent many years helping to raise nieces, nephews, grandchildren and a host of other children whom she loved and cherished as her own. On July 23, 2019 Faye Mallory departed this life. She is survived by her husband; Stanford Mallory of 53 years, daughters; Yvette Mallory and Nicole Mallory, her grandchildren; Chaz, Mikhil, Dakota, and Ryan Mallory (Nicole) and a host of other family members and friends.
