Dorothy Jean (Evans) Woodmore was born on November 11, 1933, to the late Charlie B. and Mandy Ella Evans of Lebanon, Tennessee. She was called home from labor to her reward on September 2, 2024, at Trinity Health Hospital (Oakland Campus). She was employed by Pontiac School District for 28 years until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Chester Woodmore, and leaves to cherish her memory her children; Bruce (Lula) of Atlanta, GA, Cheryl of Pontiac, Donna (Michael) Williams of Mansfield, TX, Carl of Cincinnati, OH and Lori of Pontiac; special children Bertha Hayes, Oladapo and Anthonia Ogundeji, and Charles (Charita) Wright Jr, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
