Charles Demetrius Ard, III's Obituary
Charles Demetrius Ard, III, passed away peacefully into Glory on
June 1, 2020 with his mother, father and son by his side.
Demetrius (commonly referenced as Metz some spelled Meech) was born July 14,
1982 in Midland, Michigan to Charles Ard, II and Donna Ard (Gramm).
He attended and graduated from Northern High School and attended Kalamazoo
Community College. During his illness, Demetrius made a decision to give his life
to Jesus Christ and accepted Salvation by repenting of his sins.
Demetrius loved basketball and accumulated large number of friends playing
this sport. He was loved by so many for his magnetic, energetic and kind hearted
personality. He always had a big radiant smile when he came into your presence.
He will be missed by all.
Demetrius leaves behind his loving parents; Donna (Ben) Gramm, and Charles
(LaRonda) Ard. In addition left to mourn is Dymoniq James (son) Madissen Darden
(daughter), friends he viewed as brothers (Adam, Dashawn, Berry, JJ (Gerald)
Raman, Godmothers, Sharon Burks-Wortham, and Sheila Rothwell, God-children,
JJ Weer and Aniya Cox, both of his grandmothers, and a host of Uncles, Aunts,
Cousins and dear friends.
