Officer Tobar was an outstanding officer. As his supervisor he was the kind of person you could use more of. You never had to worry about that housing unit during his shift. He was always professional and one of the best role models for young officers to learn from.

I remember working with Tobar in 2013, I could never get my boots to shine. When I saw Tobar boots shining like the sun, I said Tobar, how did you get your boots to shine? He said…AWWWW Lanehart, that’s just a little Vaseline….we laughed and laughed 😂…Tobar will be missed. R.I.P.
