My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I used to work with LaJuan at IMMI and hadn't heard the difficult news until a few days ago. I left there in 2020 but LaJuan and I kept in touch.
One thing that we shared was our love for Hallmark movies. Every Christmas we would get all kinds of snack foods and hunker down for a movie marathon of those movies. We solved the world's problems and laughed at ourselves more than once. LaJuan was one of the most genuine, sweet and caring individuals that I've ever known. He shared so much about his family and the love that he had for all of you. He was always so concerned for each of you and your wellbeing.
I can't imagine the heartbreak that you are all feeling at this time but know that there are so many people praying and loving on you from a distance. Everyone that LaJuan met was left with a feeling of happiness. He was truly a light in our world.
I had no idea LaJuan had passed until today. We have been friends for over 15 years. We became co workers in Fort Wayne. We both now lived in Westfield. I had no heard from him since Dec 3 and had been trying to reach him. We chatted nearly everyday and played online games together. I am so sad to hear of his passing. I am sending my prayers and condolences to his entire family.
I will miss our chats, your deep and hearty laugh, talking shop about tech and hearing the latest about your travel adventures. We'll miss you! The Curtis Family
