Dianna Sanders was born March 8, 1948 in Jackson Michigan. She was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday December 6, 2017. She was the second child born to the union of Geneva Hurt and Dexter Hurt. She was preceded in death by her father; Dexter Hurt, Stepfather; Elder Robert Johnson and twin sister; Diann Hurt. Dianna was formerly married to John Sanders. She was a member of Wilkins St. COGIC and Bethesda COGIC. She accepted Christ as her personal savior and was a great supporter and faithful member of Greater Philadelphia COGIC under the pastorate of Supt. Dexter Hurt. Dianna Graduated from Parkside High School 1965, she worked as a beautician for many years. She then became employed by Aeroquip Corporation where she retired after 40 years of service. Dianna was a very caring and giving person. She enjoyed, baking, traveling, and loved volunteering at many places. One of her favorite volunteer ministries was at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility where she helped with her twin sister, who resided there for many years. Even in death she was able to help many people by being an organ donor. In her passing she leaves to mourn her two daughters; DeNeah Sanders and Juanita Sanders, her mother; Geneva Johnson, six siblings; her sister; Phyllis Pearson of Holly Springs, Mississippi, brothers; Elder Dexter Hurt (Sharon), Warren Johnson (Zetta), Stanley Johnson, Emerick Johnson and Craig Johnson all of Jackson Michigan, seven grandchildren; Devery Sanders, David Brown, Antonious Griffen, Dajuantaye Brown, John White, Darrian White and DeNeah Hunt, and eight Great-Grandchildren. She also has aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to cherish her memories.
