Ms Ruby was a close friend with my mother(Alice Smith) She would always bring big bags of greens to my mother to pick and clean, then my mother would call her and say dinner is ready, I can picture them now sitting at the table enjoying the meal. After the passing of my mother she was always there for the family if anything came about. Love you always for been a loving caring person. Rest In Peace. The Pitts and Smith family

To The Family of Sis. Ruby Lee Nelson, Sis. Ruby will be truly missed by the Charleston Family. Every month she would bring Big Willie towels to wash and dry his cars. She always had that familiar smile on her face and would talk for a while. But, Sis. Ruby did something for every one she came across, to cooking them meals or bringing their favorite candies, it didn't matter to her if they were from Second Baptist or not. She did what she did best (User) and gave with a giving, caring and sincere heart.. She always was doing what she could for others and never expected anything in return. That was who she was.
