Jonathan Jarod Johnson

Today was a beautiful celebration of our brother Jonathan Johnson. What a celebration for a life well lived before God! He would have been joyous over the worship that went forth and stories that were told today. We love Jon and the entire Johnson family. He was a unique individual- the kind of guy to crack an "Andy" joke at his grandma's celebration of life and movingly sing, "And he walks with me, and he talks with me, and he tells me I am his own...," bringing us to tears in The Hat Chronicles. Again, what a wonderful service for a wonderful person. We love you family. We are praying for your comfort and peace.

I loved you from the day God Ma told me that you were in her belly. I have no words that describe the incredible joy you brought to me. You made me a big sister. I’m extremely happy that you were here. I am a better person because I got to watch you live your dreams. You were all that you could be, even though your body didn’t always strong enough for you to use it fully like you wanted to.

I’m grateful for you. I love you. I’m happy you’re completely healed now. No pain, no tired body holding you down, no tears from the battles in your mind. I’m grateful that you’re all better. There are no more barriers in the new body. I bet you’ve had that mic in your hands now praising for the last eight days straight and you’re just getting started.

I miss you Jon Jon. I remember the first time you told me to stop calling you that. 😂 😂 😂 My favorite Shorty. I love you. I’ll see you again on the other side. Save a spot on the stage and I’ll gladly sing and praise next to you for eternity.
